Teddy Love Club Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support is an Australian wide support program for bereaved parents who suffer the loss of their baby or babies to miscarriage, stillbirth, termination of pregnancy for foetal abnormality and neonatal death.
The TLC program is the first bear giving program in Australia.TLC was founded in South Australia on October 26th 2002, the program grew incredibly and by 2004 had expanded into every state of Australia.
TLC donates traditional Teddy Bears to bereaved parents, in the hope the bear may help to ease the pain of leaving the hospital with such aching empty arms.We hope to provide parents with the comfort of knowing they are not alone right from the beginning, and offer significant ongoing support& understandingto bereaved parents, their families and their friends.
The TLC program is represented in more than 350 hospitals across the country. TLC is leading the way in providing support, guidance and comfort to bereaved parents, their families and friends.
